The Corn Belt has some cities that to this day are still struggling with their economies, because they are still heavily invested in manufacturing. But where some cities have thrived are those of Indianapolis, Columbus, and Pittsburgh, because they have been more involved with high-tech projects. They are also building more Universities into the city centers like Philadelphia. Philadelphia helped lead the way with Schools like Temple and Drexel, which are also very dedicated to technological advances.
